The World Smiling - Join the smiling movement! If you're happy share a smile, if you are sad stop by to get cheered up. The site is simple and straight forward to use and is a fun social project. Head over to the site, click on "Click Here and Smile" at the bottom, then select your country (or be anonymous), now Adobe Flash will use your webcam to take the picture when you are ready. Smartly the photos go through an approval process to eliminate abuse. An update I would like to see is the option to add your email address so that you can be notified when the image is approved.

The idea came to the founders when they were relaxing outside watching the stars. They told me "We thought that people need to smile more often and we built the site, giving everyone the possibility to watch other people smile and share another one in exchange".
